Delivery Information - Online Orders
Please note that we do not process orders for shipping on Sundays or over Bank Holidays.
Once we receive an order we dispatch the goods within 1 to 2 days (not including Saturday afternoons, Sundays or bank holidays).
We will make every effort to dispatch and deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside our control.
We are offering Free Delivery Service - Royal Mail Signed and Tracked 48 only.

Currently, we do not accept international orders via the website. You can call or email us to place an order and we can take payments over the phone/paypal and inform you of the specific delivery costs. International orders can sometimes take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.

We will not accept medicines orders from abroad due to the restrictions implemented and regulations in many countries to some of the ingredients.
We can still accept order for the sections: WOUND CARE, HEALTH & WELLBEING, WOMEN AND MEN HEALTH (except any medication included in these sections).
Custom and import duties are not included in the cost of the product or the delivery fees and all such charges including custom clearance costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We use discreet packaging to preserve confidentiality. All packages are completely plain, without any details of what’s inside.
How do I track my delivery?
Once you have place an order you will receive an email of confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number an go online to the Royal Mail website:
Please allow 72 hours after the delivery promise before contacting us.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, you must notify us and we will investigate the non-delivery.
Please note that in some instances you may be required to answer product related questions from our Pharmacist as part of the checkout process. Failure to answer these will cause delays. All products are checked before dispatching by the pharmacist on duty. Any large amount of certain items such as paracetamol, ibuprofen and decongestant products will be automatically rejected as we follow GPhC guidelines on sales of medicines.
You should check the contents of each delivery promptly upon receipt. If you believe any items have been sent to you in error, you must contact us immediately.
Your statutory rights entitle you to a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days following receipt of your order (certain exceptions apply). You also have the right to reject items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt. Further details and how to exercise these rights are set out in our Returns Policy.
