Allevyn Adhesive  is a triple layer Polyurethane foam dressing with an adhesive border for simple and effective fixation..It consists of a soft polyurethane foam bonded to a semi permeable polyurethane film. This film is permeable to moisture vapour but provides a barrier to water and wound exudate. The wound contact area of the dressing is covered with a perforated film that prevents the dressing from adhering to the skin.
