Activa® are British Standard graduated compression stockings designed to improve venous return and help prevent or manage symptoms of venous disease in legs without significant swelling or oedema.

Compression is strongest at the ankle and gradually reduces up the leg to encourage blood flow back towards the heart.

Compression classes:

  • Class 1 – 14–17mmHg: Light compression for early or superficial venous disease and early varicose veins
  • Class 2 – 18–24mmHg: Moderate compression for medium-severity varicose veins and prevention or recurrence of venous leg ulcers
