UrgoKTwo® Two-Layer Compression Bandage Kit
UrgoKTwo® is a two-layer compression bandage system designed to provide sustained therapeutic compression for the management of venous leg ulcers and lower-limb oedema.
When correctly applied, the two complementary bandages work together to provide approximately 40mmHg compression at the ankle, both during activity and at rest.
The kit contains:
- K-Tech® – padded short-stretch compression layer
- K-Press® – cohesive long-stretch outer compression layer

- Suitable for venous leg ulcers and lower-limb oedema
- Combines short- and long-stretch compression

Available sizes:
- 18–25cm ankle circumference
- 25–32cm ankle circumference
Different bandage widths are also available for specific applications.

The ankle should be measured before selecting the appropriate kit size. Strong compression therapy should only be used following appropriate vascular assessment and applied by someone trained in compression bandaging.
