Suitable for:
Adults and children aged 5 years and over.
How to use:
Clean and dry the nose thoroughly. Position one strip across the nose just above the flare of the nostrils and press firmly into place. Remove gently after use.

Each strip is for single use only and should not be worn for longer than 12 hours. Do not apply to irritated, sunburnt or broken skin. Not intended to treat sleep apnoea.
