FreeStyle Blood Glucose Test Strips – Box of 50

FreeStyle Blood Glucose Test Strips are designed for use with compatible original FreeStyle blood glucose monitoring systems. They require only a very small blood sample and use capillary-fill technology to draw blood into the test strip for routine blood glucose monitoring. These are the original FreeStyle Test Strips, not FreeStyle Lite or FreeStyle Optium strips.

How to use:
Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before testing.
Remove one FreeStyle Test Strip from the vial and close the vial immediately.
Insert the strip into a compatible original FreeStyle meter. Where the meter requires coding, check that the code displayed on the meter matches the code printed on the test-strip vial.
Use a compatible lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood.
Touch one edge only of the test strip to the blood sample. The strip will draw the blood into the sample chamber automatically. If necessary, additional blood can be applied to the same edge for up to 60 seconds.
The meter will display the blood glucose result when testing is complete. Test time varies slightly according to the compatible FreeStyle meter; the FreeStyle Freedom system provides results in approximately 5 seconds.
