ConvaMax™ Superabsorber is a non-adhesive superabsorbent dressing designed for the management of moderately to highly exuding wounds. Its absorbent core locks wound fluid away from the wound, helping reduce leakage, strike-through and peri-wound maceration.

Key features:

  • Highly superabsorbent wound dressing
  • Suitable for moderately to heavily exuding wounds
  • Absorbs and retains large volumes of exudate
  • Forms a gel to lock fluid away from the wound
  • Helps retain bacteria and wound proteases within the dressing
  • Protective backing helps reduce leakage and strike-through
  • Soft and conformable
  • Highly absorbent even under compression
  • Low swelling helps reduce dressing bulk
  • Non-adhesive – requires suitable fixation
  • Can be used with an appropriate primary dressing where required
