Cutimed® Siltec® B Dressings
Cutimed® Siltec® B is a sterile, absorbent silicone foam dressing with a self-adhesive border, designed for the management of low to highly exuding wounds. The polyurethane foam core and superabsorbent stripes absorb and retain wound exudate, while the gentle silicone wound-contact layer helps minimise trauma during dressing changes.
Key features:
- Absorbent polyurethane foam dressing
- Suitable for low to highly exuding wounds
- Contains superabsorbent stripes for additional fluid absorption and retention
- Vertical absorption helps keep exudate within the dressing
- Gentle, perforated silicone wound-contact layer
- Does not adhere to the moist wound bed or newly formed tissue
- Silicone adhesive border provides secure fixation
- Can be repositioned during application
- Soft, flexible and conformable
- Can be cut to size
- Showerproof, breathable outer backing
- Can remain in place for up to 7 days
