Aloe Vera polysaccharides form a protective film over the vaginal mucosa, helping to protect irritated tissue and support hydration.
Sage Essential Oils and Grapefruit Seed Extract form part of the naturally working formulation designed to help manage symptoms associated with fungal and bacterial vaginal imbalance.
Lactic Acid is also included in the formulation and supports the naturally acidic vaginal environment.
The product is drug free and does not contain a conventional antifungal medicine such as clotrimazole or an antibiotic.

How to use:
Balance Activ Dual Action Thrush & BV Pessaries are best used just before bedtime, allowing the pessary to work while lying down.
Before use:
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Gently wash the external genital area.
- Remove one pessary from the blister.
- Gently insert the pessary high into the vagina.
- Ideally use immediately before going to bed.
- Wash your hands after application.
For symptomatic treatment:
- Insert 1 pessary daily
- Continue for at least 10 consecutive days
Complete the recommended course even if symptoms begin to improve earlier.
For prevention of recurrent symptoms:
If symptoms begin to recur or the vaginal environment feels out of balance:
- Use 1 pessary daily
- Continue for at least 10 consecutive days
The treatment may be used periodically to help prevent recurrence of symptoms associated with Thrush or BV.
Do not use for more than 30 consecutive days.
