Dexcom One+ Sensor
The Dexcom ONE+ Sensor is a real-time Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) sensor designed to help people with diabetes monitor their glucose levels throughout the day and night without routine finger-prick testing. The small, all-in-one sensor continuously measures glucose just beneath the skin and automatically sends readings to a compatible smartphone or optional Dexcom ONE+ Receiver.

Sensor placement:
For users aged 2 years and over:
- Back of the upper arm
- Abdomen
Children aged 2–6 years may also wear the sensor on the upper buttocks.
Always follow the recommended sensor placement instructions for the user's age.
How to use:
Choose an appropriate sensor site and ensure the skin is clean and completely dry.
Use the integrated applicator to insert and attach the sensor according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Pair the new sensor with the Dexcom ONE+ app on a compatible smartphone or with the optional Dexcom ONE+ Receiver.
After the approximately 30-minute warm-up period, glucose readings will automatically be displayed every 5 minutes.
Replace the sensor when the sensor session and 12-hour grace period have ended, or earlier if instructed by the system.
Important information:
Dexcom ONE+ measures glucose in the interstitial fluid rather than directly in the blood.
Routine finger-prick calibration is not required. However, if glucose alerts or readings do not match your symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions.
Check that your smartphone and operating system are compatible with the Dexcom ONE+ app before use. A compatible smartphone or Dexcom ONE+ Receiver is required to display readings.
Do not reuse a sensor. Each sensor is intended for single use only.
Follow the advice of your diabetes healthcare team when interpreting glucose readings and making treatment decisions.
Seek medical advice if you experience severe or persistent high or low glucose levels or symptoms requiring urgent treatment.
