How to use:

Wash and thoroughly dry your hands and clean the chosen sampling site if required.

Remove one Microdot Lite Safety Lancet from the packaging.

Twist and remove the protective cap.

Place the lancet firmly against the selected puncture site and press it against the skin to activate the device.

The needle punctures the skin and then automatically retracts into the lancet body.

Obtain the required blood sample and dispose of the complete lancet immediately in an appropriate sharps container.

Important information:

For single use only. The safety mechanism locks after activation so the lancet cannot be reused.

No separate lancing device is required.

Do not use if the protective cap or packaging is damaged or has previously been opened.

Do not attempt to dismantle or reactivate the device.

Used lancets are sharps and should be disposed of immediately in an appropriate sharps container.

Keep unused lancets out of the reach of children.
