An antiviral cream for the treatment of cold sores (herpes simplex) on the lips and face. Works best when applied as soon as you feel the first tingling/itching.
Strength: 5% w/w aciclovir (50mg per 1g).
Pack size: 2g tube.How to use

Apply a thin layer to the cold sore and surrounding skin 5 times a day, about every 4 hours (omit night-time application).

Use for 5 days; if not healed, you can continue for up to 10 days total.
Important

For external use only. Avoid eyes and do not apply inside the mouth/nose or to genital areas. Wash hands before/after use.

Seek advice if symptoms are severe, you’re immunocompromised, or it hasn’t healed after 10 days.
