EPIMAX® Emollient Range

The EPIMAX® range provides a choice of emollient creams, gel, ointments and cleansing products for the relief and management of dry skin associated with eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin conditions. Different formulations are available to provide anything from light everyday moisturisation to intensive relief for very dry skin.

Available products:

• EPIMAX® Moisturising Cream – 100g & 500g
  All-purpose emollient for mild dry skin. Contains white soft paraffin 14.5%, liquid paraffin 12.6% and anhydrous lanolin 1%.
• EPIMAX® Original Cream – 100g & 500g
  Light everyday emollient containing white soft paraffin 15% and liquid paraffin 6%. Can also be used as a body wash.
• EPIMAX® Oatmeal Cream – 100g & 500g
  Moisturising cream containing colloidal oatmeal (Avena sativa) for dry and sensitive skin.
• EPIMAX® ExCetra Cream – 100g & 500g
  Higher-lipid emollient for greater moisturisation. Contains white soft paraffin 13.2% and light liquid paraffin 10.5%. Can also be used as a body wash.
• EPIMAX® Isomol Gel – 100g & 500g
  Hydro-gel combining the feel of a cream with the moisturising properties of an ointment. Contains isopropyl myristate 15% and liquid paraffin 15%.
• EPIMAX® Ointment – 125g & 500g
  Intensive emollient for very dry skin, containing liquid paraffin 45% and white soft paraffin 35%. Can also be used as a body wash or bath additive.
• EPIMAX® Paraffin-Free Ointment – 500g
  Intensive paraffin-free emollient for people who prefer or require a paraffin-free formulation.
• EPIMAX® Eyelid Ointment – 4g
  Specifically formulated to moisturise dry, itchy, red or flaky eyelid skin.
• EPIMAX® Gentle Wash – 500g
  pH-balanced, soap-free foaming wash containing glycerin 15%. Suitable for bathing, showering, hand washing and dry or sensitive scalps.

Apply emollient products as frequently as required or as advised by a healthcare professional.

Fire hazard: Emollient residues on clothing, bedding and dressings can make fabrics burn more easily. Keep away from naked flames, cigarettes and other sources of ignition.

Avoid contact with the eyes. Some individual products have additional precautions; always check the label before use. EPIMAX® Ointment and Paraffin-Free Ointment should not be used on the face.
