Fybogel Mebeverine combines ispaghula husk with mebeverine to relieve the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Suitable for:
Adults and children over 12 years.

How to take:
Mix one sachet with at least 150 ml of cold water and drink immediately. Take one sachet morning and evening, approximately 30 minutes before meals. A third sachet may be taken before lunch if required.

Important information:
Always take with plenty of fluid and never take the powder dry or immediately before bed. Leave at least 30–60 minutes between Fybogel Mebeverine and other medicines. Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or have not improved after two weeks.
