  • Provides 400IU (10 micrograms) vitamin D2 per tablet

  • Calcium Lactate Pentahydrate: 300mg
  • Calcium Phosphate: 150mg
  • Equivalent to approximately 97mg Elemental Calcium
  • Ergocalciferol (Vitamin D2): 10 micrograms
  • Equivalent to Vitamin D2: 400IU

How to take:
Take exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.

The tablets may be swallowed with water, chewed or crushed if required.

The appropriate dose will depend on your individual calcium and vitamin D requirements.

Important information:
Do not take calcium and ergocalciferol tablets if you have high calcium levels in your blood or urine, excessive vitamin D levels, certain kidney problems or kidney stones unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have kidney disease, sarcoidosis or are already taking other calcium or vitamin D supplements.

Calcium can reduce the absorption of several medicines, including levothyroxine, bisphosphonates, iron, zinc and some antibiotics. These medicines may need to be taken several hours apart from calcium. Check with your pharmacist if you take other medicines.

Possible side effects can include constipation, stomach discomfort, nausea or, with excessive use, high calcium levels.

This formulation contains a relatively low amount of elemental calcium and should not be assumed to be equivalent to higher-strength calcium and vitamin D preparations used in osteoporosis management.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Strength: Approx. 97mg Elemental Calcium + 400IU Vitamin D2 per tablet
Form: Tablets
Pack size: 28 tablets
