Indications

• Recommended for the treatment of candidal vaginitis (vaginal thrush)

Directions for Use

• Insert pessaries into the vagina as high as possible using the applicator provided

• Best inserted when lying back with legs bent up

• Adults:

  • Insert two pessaries daily (preferably at night) for 3 consecutive days, OR

  • Insert one pessary daily (preferably at night) for 6 days

  • A second treatment may be carried out if necessary

• Children: Not for use in those under 16 years

• Note: Pessaries require vaginal moisture to dissolve completely; undissolved pieces may be noticed if vaginal dryness is present. Insertion as high as possible at bedtime helps prevent this.
