How to use Femfresh washes:
Pour a small amount into your hand or onto a washcloth.
Gently cleanse the external intimate/vulval area.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Femfresh washes can generally be used as part of a daily washing routine.

Wipe the external intimate area gently from front to back.
Use as required.
Dispose of according to the instructions on the individual pack.

Spray onto the external intimate skin or underwear as required.
Do not spray internally.

Shake well.
Apply 1–2 pumps onto toilet tissue.
