Viagra Connect 50mg contains sildenafil, a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction in adult men. Sildenafil helps increase blood flow to the penis when sexually stimulated, making it easier to achieve and maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity. Sexual stimulation is required for Viagra Connect to work.

Key features:

  • Contains 50mg sildenafil per tablet
  • For the treatment of erectile dysfunction
  • Suitable for adult men aged 18 years and over
  • Usually taken approximately 1 hour before sexual activity
  • May start working from around 30 minutes after taking
  • Can remain effective for several hours
  • Works only when sexually stimulated
  • Maximum dose: one 50mg tablet in 24 hours
  • Pharmacy Medicine – a pharmacist suitability assessment is required before supply
  • Available in packs of 2, 4 or 8 tablets

Active ingredient:

Each film-coated tablet contains 50mg sildenafil, as sildenafil citrate.

How to take:

Take one 50mg tablet with water approximately 1 hour before sexual activity.

Do not take more than one tablet in any 24-hour period.

Viagra Connect may take longer to work if taken with a heavy or high-fat meal. Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can also temporarily reduce your ability to achieve an erection.

Some men may need to try Viagra Connect on several separate occasions before achieving the desired effect. If it does not work after several attempts, speak to your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not take Viagra Connect if you:
