Aspirin 75mg Gastro-resistant Tablets are an antiplatelet medicine used to help prevent blood clots in people at increased risk of heart attack or stroke. Low-dose aspirin reduces the ability of platelets to stick together and form unwanted blood clots.

Active ingredient:
Each gastro-resistant tablet contains:
- Aspirin (Acetylsalicylic Acid): 75mg
How to take:
Adults aged 16 years and over: Take 1–2 tablets once daily, or as directed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not crush, chew or break gastro-resistant tablets, as this can damage the protective coating.
If you are taking low-dose aspirin for the first time, speak to a doctor to make sure it is appropriate for you.
Important information:
Do not give aspirin to children under 16 years unless specifically advised by a doctor because of the association with Reye's syndrome.
Do not take aspirin if you have or have previously had a stomach or intestinal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, have a blood-clotting disorder, have experienced an allergic or asthmatic reaction to aspirin or other NSAIDs, or have severe kidney or liver problems.
Aspirin can increase the risk of bleeding. Seek urgent medical attention if you vomit blood, pass black or bloody stools, experience unusual or severe bleeding, or develop signs of a serious allergic reaction.
Aspirin can interact with medicines including anticoagulants, antiplatelet medicines, ibuprofen and other NSAIDs, methotrexate, some antidepressants and certain blood-pressure medicines. Speak to your pharmacist if you take other medicines.
