How to use:
Insert the prescribed Novo Nordisk Penfill 3ml insulin cartridge into the pen according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Attach a new compatible single-use pen needle before each injection and perform an insulin flow check.
Select the prescribed dose using the dose selector. NovoPen Echo Plus allows doses from 0.5–30 units to be selected in 0.5-unit increments.
Inject using the technique demonstrated by your doctor, diabetes nurse, pharmacist or other healthcare professional. Press the dose button completely and keep the needle under the skin for the time specified in the user guide.
Remove the needle immediately after each injection and dispose of it safely in an appropriate sharps container.
Important information:
NovoPen Echo Plus does not contain insulin. Compatible Novo Nordisk Penfill 3ml insulin cartridges and disposable needles are required separately.
Only use the insulin that has been prescribed for you. Always check the name and colour of the insulin cartridge before each injection.
