AgaMatrix WaveSense JAZZ Blood Glucose Test Strips – Box of 50

AgaMatrix WaveSense JAZZ Blood Glucose Test Strips are designed for use with compatible WaveSense JAZZ blood glucose meters. They require only a small blood sample and provide fast results for convenient routine blood glucose monitoring.

How to use:

Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before testing.

Remove one test strip from the vial and close the vial immediately. Insert the strip into the compatible WaveSense JAZZ meter.

Use a compatible lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood. Touch the blood sample to the test strip and allow it to draw in the required amount.

The meter will confirm when enough blood has been applied and display the blood glucose result after approximately 5 seconds.

Remove and dispose of the used test strip after testing.

Important information:

Use only with a compatible AgaMatrix WaveSense JAZZ blood glucose monitoring system.

Test strips are for single use only. Do not reuse.

Store the test strips in their original vial at 8–30°C. Keep the vial tightly closed and protect the strips from excessive heat and moisture.

Use strips within 6 months of first opening the vial, or before the printed expiry date if sooner.

Handle strips with clean, dry hands and do not use strips that appear damaged.

If a blood glucose result does not match how you feel or appears unexpected, repeat the test with a new strip and follow your diabetes management plan or seek advice from a healthcare professional.
