Ingredients and allergens:

Ingredients vary slightly by flavour and include water, milk protein, sucrose, vegetable oils including sunflower and rapeseed oils, maltodextrin, inulin, thickeners, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Contains milk and soya. It is lactose free and gluten free, but is not suitable for anyone who needs to completely avoid cow's milk protein.

How to use:

Fresubin Thickened Level 3 is ready to drink. Shake gently before use and serve at room temperature to help ensure that it remains at the correct IDDSI Level 3 consistency.

The amount required should be determined by a dietitian, speech and language therapist, doctor or other healthcare professional according to individual nutritional and swallowing requirements.

Manufacturer guidance for supplementary nutrition is:

  • 2–3 bottles daily
  • Provides 600–900 kcal per day

Three bottles provide 900 kcal and 60g protein.

Important information:

Fresubin Thickened Level 3 is a Food for Special Medical Purposes and must only be used under medical supervision.

It is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

Not suitable for:

  • Children under 3 years
  • People with galactosaemia
  • Situations where enteral nutrition is not permitted

Use with caution in children under 6 years. Ensure adequate fluid intake as advised by a healthcare professional.

Store in a cool place below 25°C. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 24 hours. If refrigerated, allow the product to return to room temperature before serving so that it maintains the correct IDDSI consistency.
