Position the urine drainage bag on the thigh or calf according to the bag manufacturer's instructions.

Place one strap around the upper section of the leg bag and the second around the lower section.

Ensure the drainage tubing remains free from kinks, twists or excessive tension and that urine can flow freely into the bag.
