Salatac Gel is a topical treatment for warts, verrucas, corns and calluses. It contains Salicylic Acid 12% w/w and Lactic Acid 4% w/w, which work together to soften and break down hard, thickened skin so that it can gradually be removed.
The gel forms a water-resistant film over the treated area and is supplied with a precision applicator nozzle for targeted application.

Directions:
Apply once daily, usually in the evening.

Soak the affected area in warm water for 2–3 minutes.
-
Dry thoroughly. If treating a wart or verruca, use your own towel to help prevent spreading the infection.
-
Carefully apply a thin coating of one or two drops of gel directly to the wart, verruca, corn or callus.
-
Avoid applying the gel to surrounding healthy skin.
-
Allow the gel to dry for a few minutes. It will form a small white, water-resistant patch.
-
There is no need to cover the treated area with a plaster.
-
The following evening, peel or pick off the dried gel before applying a fresh treatment.

Once a week, gently rub the affected area with the supplied emery board or a pumice stone before applying fresh gel.
Continue treatment until the wart, verruca, corn or callus has disappeared. Resistant lesions may require treatment for up to 12 weeks.

Do not apply to broken skin, cuts or grazes

Apply only to the affected area and avoid surrounding healthy skin

Take particular care when treating children, as their skin may be more easily irritated

Do not apply excessive amounts

Do not share an emery board or pumice stone used on a wart or verruca, as the infection may spread

Stop treatment if severe or persistent pain or irritation occurs

If the lesion has not disappeared after 12 weeks, seek advice from a pharmacist or doctor

During pregnancy, use only after seeking professional advice and only for short-term treatment of a single small wart, verruca, corn or callus
