Glycerol 1g Infant Suppositories are a stimulant laxative for the relief of occasional constipation in infants. They are inserted into the rectum, where glycerol helps stimulate bowel movement and soften stools to make them easier to pass.

Active ingredient:

Each 1g suppository contains:

• Glycerol: 700mg

Other ingredients:

• Gelatin
• Purified Water

How to use:
For rectal use only.

Infants: Insert one 1g suppository as required.

Wash your hands before use. Remove the suppository from its packaging and moisten the tip with a little cold water to make insertion easier.

Gently insert the pointed end of the suppository into the rectum.

Important information:
For occasional use only. Prolonged or excessive use is not recommended and may cause diarrhoea.

Do not use if your child has an intestinal obstruction or blockage, or is allergic to glycerol or any of the other ingredients.

Speak to a doctor or pharmacist if constipation persists or regularly returns.

Do not swallow. Store below 25°C in a dry place and keep out of the sight and reach of children.
