365 Film Transparent Adhesive Film Dressings – Multiple Sizes
365 Film is a sterile, transparent, self-adhesive polyurethane film dressing designed for superficial wounds with little or no exudate and for use as a secondary dressing or fixation layer.
The breathable semi-permeable film allows moisture vapour and oxygen exchange while remaining showerproof and impermeable to liquids, bacteria and viruses. It uses a hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive and is latex-free.

Suitable for
365 Film may be used for wounds with very low or no exudate, including:
- Minor cuts and abrasions
- Clean, closed post-operative wounds
- Superficial pressure damage
- Minor burns
- Donor-site protection
- Selected leg ulcers with minimal exudate
- Fixation of other dressings
- Catheter fixation where clinically appropriate
Directions
Clean the wound and ensure the surrounding skin is clean and dry.
Select a dressing large enough to overlap the wound edges by approximately 2cm.
Remove the backing, position the film centrally over the wound and smooth gently from the centre towards the edges.
The dressing may remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound condition and clinical requirements. Change sooner if it becomes loose, damaged, contaminated or if wound infection is suspected.
Removal
Lift one corner gently and remove by stretching the film horizontally along the skin, rather than pulling vertically away from the body.
Take extra care on fragile or sensitive skin.
