365 Non-Woven Island Dressings – Multiple Sizes

365 Non-Woven Island Dressings are sterile, self-adhesive wound dressings with a soft non-woven backing and absorbent central pad, designed for low-exuding acute and chronic wounds.

The dressing uses a hypoallergenic, water-resistant adhesive to help keep it securely in place while remaining soft and conformable. It is not waterproof.

Directions

Clean the wound and ensure the surrounding skin is clean, dry and free from creams or oils.

Select a dressing large enough for the adhesive border to sit on healthy surrounding skin. Remove the backing, position the absorbent pad centrally over the wound and smooth the adhesive border gently into place.

Change the dressing if exudate reaches or penetrates the non-woven backing, or according to the wound-care plan. It may remain in place for up to 7 days if clinically appropriate.

Important information

• For low-exuding wounds
• Not suitable for moderate or heavily exuding wounds
• Not suitable for full-thickness burns or deep cavity wounds
• Do not use as a substitute for sutures or primary wound closure
• Do not stretch the dressing during application
• Take care on fragile skin
• Do not use if the sterile pack is damaged
