How to use:
Measure the stoma and cut the skin barrier opening to the appropriate size, following the supplied instructions. Apply the pouch to clean, dry peristomal skin and ensure the barrier is securely positioned around the stoma.
Empty the pouch through the drainage tap as required, ensuring the tap is securely closed afterwards. A suitable night drainage bag may be connected when required.
Important information:
Always ensure the opening is correctly sized to minimise exposure of the surrounding skin to urine. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for application, drainage, connection to night drainage systems and removal.
If you experience persistent leakage, soreness, skin irritation or difficulty achieving a secure seal, speak to your stoma care nurse or another appropriate healthcare professional.
