How to take:
Adults usually take one tablet once daily. In severe or persistent iron deficiency, one tablet may be taken twice daily if advised by a healthcare professional.
Important information:
Not intended for children. Iron may cause stomach upset, constipation and dark stools. Avoid taking at the same time as tea, milk, calcium supplements, levothyroxine or certain antibiotics.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children, as iron overdose can be fatal.
