How to use:
Select the appropriate size and place the arch support inside the shoe with the heel seated securely in the heel cup. Position the foot over the support to ensure the arch is comfortably supported. It may take several days for your feet to become accustomed to wearing orthotic supports.
If discomfort occurs during the adjustment period, remove the supports for 1–2 hours before trying them again. Gradually increase wearing time as comfort improves.
