Hollister Advance Plus is a ready-to-use, gel-lubricated intermittent catheter system with an integrated urine collection bag, designed for male intermittent catheterisation.

The closed-system design combines a 40cm Nelaton catheter with an integrated collection bag, protective tip and touch-free sleeve. This allows catheterisation where direct drainage into a toilet is inconvenient or unavailable.

The integrated gel reservoir provides lubrication without the need for additional water or separate lubricating gel.

Directions

Hollister Advance Plus should be used for intermittent catheterisation following appropriate instruction from a healthcare professional.

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands.

  2. Open the package according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  3. Prepare the catheter and distribute the lubricating gel as directed.

  4. Use the protective sleeve to handle the catheter without directly touching the catheter surface.

  5. Gently insert the catheter into the urethra until urine begins to flow.

  6. Allow urine to drain into the integrated collection bag.

  7. Once the bladder has emptied, slowly withdraw the catheter.

  8. Dispose of the complete catheter and collection bag system appropriately.

Use a new catheter system for every catheterisation.
