Directions

Hollister Advance should be used for intermittent catheterisation following appropriate instruction from a healthcare professional.

1. Wash and thoroughly dry your hands.

2. Open the catheter packaging according to the manufacturer's instructions.

3. Distribute the lubricating gel along the catheter as directed.

4. Use the protective sleeve to handle the catheter without directly touching the catheter surface.

5. Gently insert the catheter into the urethra until urine begins to flow.

6. Allow the bladder to drain completely.

7. Slowly withdraw the catheter.

8. Dispose of the catheter appropriately after use.

Use a new catheter for every catheterisation.
