HydroTac® Hydroactive Foam Dressings
HydroTac® is a sterile, non-bordered hydroactive foam dressing designed for the management of low to moderately exuding wounds. It combines an absorbent polyurethane foam with a hydrogel wound-contact layer, helping balance moisture within the wound and support granulation and epithelialisation.

- Hydroactive polyurethane foam dressing
- Suitable for low to moderately exuding wounds
- Supports wounds during the granulation and epithelialisation phases
- Hydrogel wound-contact layer acts as a moisture reservoir
- Can donate moisture to the wound while absorbing excess exudate
- Helps maintain a balanced moist wound-healing environment
- Helps reduce the risk of peri-wound maceration
- Hydrogel layer helps prevent adherence to the wound
- Supports gentle, atraumatic dressing changes
- Waterproof and gas-permeable polyurethane outer layer
- Provides a barrier against bacteria
- Can be cut to the required size
- Non-bordered – requires suitable secondary fixation
