Directions:

Position the back brace centrally around the lower back, with the lumbar insert positioned over the lumbar region if required.

Bring the main support around the waist and secure it comfortably at the front.

Pull the power straps forward and secure them to achieve the required level of compression and support.

Adjust the support so that it feels firm and secure without restricting breathing or circulation.

Measure your waist circumference before use. The brace fits waist sizes up to 132cm / 52 inches.
