Directions:

Slide the arm into the support until the reinforcement band on the outside sits over the tip of the elbow.

Tighten the upper fasteners over the biceps and triceps until comfortable.

Wrap the longer adjustable strap around the forearm and secure it to achieve the required level of compression and support.

Adjust the support so that it feels secure and comfortable without restricting circulation.
