Pregnacare Breast-feeding is a comprehensive postnatal vitamin, mineral and Omega-3 supplement specially formulated for new mothers during and after breastfeeding.

The dual pack combines two daily micronutrient tablets with a high-purity Omega-3 capsule. It provides 300mg DHA, together with 700mg calcium, 10µg vitamin D, iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc and folic acid.

Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of breast-fed infants. Calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K and magnesium contribute to the maintenance of normal bones, while iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Directions

Take 2 Pregnacare Breast-feeding tablets plus 1 Omega-3 capsule daily with your main meal.

Swallow with water or a cold drink.

Pregnacare Breast-feeding can be started at any point after childbirth and may be used for as long as required during and after breastfeeding.
