The advanced formula provides 400µg folic acid as L-methylfolate, together with zinc, vitamin D, iron, iodine, magnesium, Coenzyme Q10, N-acetyl cysteine and inositol. It also includes a separate high-purity Omega-3 capsule providing 300mg DHA and 60mg EPA.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, while supplemental folic acid increases maternal folate status. The formula provides the recommended 400µg folic acid, which should be taken before conception and during early pregnancy.

Directions

Take 2 Pregnacare Conception Max tablets plus 1 Omega-3 capsule daily with your main meal.

Swallow with water or a cold drink.

Pregnacare Conception Max can be started as soon as you begin trying for a baby and may also be taken for up to 3 months before you plan to start trying.

Once pregnancy is confirmed, any remaining Pregnacare Conception Max may be finished before changing to a Pregnacare supplement formulated for use during pregnancy.
