Both formulas contain zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. The women’s formula provides 400µg folic acid, together with vitamin D, iron, iodine, zinc, inositol, Coenzyme Q10 and N-acetyl cysteine. The men’s formula includes zinc and selenium, which contributes to normal spermatogenesis, together with L-carnitine, Peruvian maca, Siberian ginseng and other vitamins and minerals.

Directions

Women: Take 1 tablet daily from the pink blister with your main meal.
