Pregnacare Liquid is a comprehensive liquid vitamin and mineral supplement specially formulated for women before and during pregnancy.

The orange-flavoured liquid provides 18 vitamins and minerals, including 400µg folic acid and 10µg vitamin D, together with iron, iodine, zinc and essential B vitamins.

Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, while iron contributes to normal red blood cell formation and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D supports normal bones and the normal function of the immune system.

Directions

Before and during pregnancy: Take two 5ml teaspoonfuls daily (10ml total).

Take with or immediately after your main meal.
