Pregnacare New Mum is a comprehensive postnatal vitamin and mineral supplement specially formulated for women after childbirth, with nutrients to support energy, hair, skin and general wellbeing during the postnatal period.

The formula combines more than 20 nutrients with marine collagen, biotin, zinc, selenium, Coenzyme Q10 and grape seed extract. Iron and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while biotin and zinc help maintain normal hair and skin.

Directions

Take 2 tablets daily with your main meal.

Pregnacare New Mum can be started at any point after childbirth and may be used throughout the postnatal period for as long as required.

It may also be taken while breastfeeding; however, Pregnacare Breast-feeding is specifically formulated for the breastfeeding period and provides additional calcium and Omega-3 DHA.
