Pregnacare Plus is a comprehensive pregnancy vitamin, mineral and Omega-3 supplement, combining the Pregnacare multivitamin formula with a separate high-purity Omega-3 capsule.

The daily formula provides 400µg folic acid and 10µg vitamin D, together with iron, iodine, magnesium, zinc and other essential vitamins and minerals. The Omega-3 capsule provides 300mg DHA and 60mg EPA.

Folic acid contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, while maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus.
