Rapilose Fast-Acting Glucose Gel is a ready-to-use oral glucose gel designed to provide a rapid source of glucose when blood sugar levels need to be increased quickly. Each 25g tube contains 40% w/w glucose gel and provides the equivalent of 10g anhydrous glucose.

How to use:
Adults, including elderly people: Consume one 25g tube as required to help increase blood glucose levels.
Open the tube and take the gel orally. Follow your individual diabetes or hypoglycaemia management plan where applicable.
Children: Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
Important information:
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
People with diabetes should follow the hypoglycaemia treatment plan provided by their healthcare professional and check blood glucose levels as advised. Depending on the severity of hypoglycaemia, more than 10g of fast-acting carbohydrate may be required.
Do not give food, drink or oral glucose gel to someone who is unconscious or unable to swallow safely. Seek urgent medical assistance in this situation.
Rapilose Gel can contribute to tooth decay. Brushing the teeth after use is recommended.
Use immediately after opening. Store below 25°C.
