Urgoclean Ag (loose)
Indicated for all wounds at risk of or with signs of local infection including exuding chronic wounds (leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers) and acute wounds (burns, traumatic wounds and surgical wounds). Can be used with a secondary dressing or under compression if needed. The dressing can stay in place for up to 7 days.
Urgoclean is a sterile, absorbent dressing made of polyabsorbent fibres and the non-adherent TLC-Ag healing matrix, which is impregnated with silver particles. The TLC-Ag healing matrix promotes wound healing and provides pain-free care and dressing changes. The polyabsorbent fibres in the dressing pad cleanse the wound from slough, exudate and bacteria. The dressing is designed to disrupt and breakdown biofilm, and prevent its reformation.
