Aspirin 75mg Dispersible Tablets are an antiplatelet medicine used to help prevent blood clots in people at increased risk of heart attack or stroke. Low-dose aspirin reduces the ability of platelets to stick together and form unwanted blood clots.

Active ingredient:
Each tablet contains:
- Aspirin (Acetylsalicylic Acid): 75mg
Other ingredients:
Starch, Sodium Saccharin, Lactose, Citric Acid, Calcium Carbonate, Talc and Sodium Lauryl Sulphate.
How to take:
Do not start long-term low-dose aspirin treatment without first discussing it with a doctor.
Adults, the elderly and young people aged over 16 years:
- The usual dose is 1–2 tablets once daily.
- Dissolve the tablet(s) completely in a glass of water before taking.
- Higher doses of up to 4 tablets daily should only be taken if specifically prescribed by a doctor.
If you miss a dose, do not take a double dose to make up for it.
Important information:
Do not give aspirin to children under 16 years unless specifically advised by a doctor because of the association with Reye's syndrome.
Do not take this medicine if you have or have previously had a stomach ulcer, have a bleeding disorder such as haemophilia, have had an allergic or asthmatic reaction to aspirin or other NSAIDs, or are taking anticoagulant medicines unless advised by a healthcare professional.
Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have asthma, kidney or liver problems, gout, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, or take other medicines. Aspirin can interact with medicines including anticoagulants, ibuprofen and other NSAIDs, methotrexate, some antidepressants and certain blood-pressure medicines.
Aspirin can increase the risk of bleeding. Seek urgent medical attention if you vomit blood, pass black or bloody stools, experience unusual or severe bleeding, or develop signs of a serious allergic reaction.
If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding, seek medical advice before use. Low-dose aspirin during pregnancy should only be taken under medical supervision.
