Directions:

This catheter is intended for insertion and management by a trained healthcare professional.

The patient should be appropriately assessed before catheter insertion.

Use an appropriate aseptic catheterisation technique and follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.

The supplied pre-filled syringe contains 10ml sterile water for inflation of the catheter balloon.

Once correctly positioned in the bladder, inflate the balloon according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Connect the catheter to an appropriate urine drainage system.

The catheter may remain in place for up to 90 days, although the actual replacement interval should be determined according to the patient's individual clinical needs and catheter-care plan.
