GlucoRx Q Blood Glucose Test Strips are designed for use with GlucoRx Q and GlucoRx Q Blue blood glucose meters. They provide convenient blood glucose monitoring using a small blood sample and require no manual coding.

Key features:

  • Compatible with GlucoRx Q and GlucoRx Q Blue meters
  • No coding required
  • Automatically draws blood into the reaction area
  • Plasma-equivalent results
  • Suitable for fresh capillary whole blood
  • Alternative-site testing supported when appropriate
  • Measurement range: 1.1–33.3mmol/L
  • Single-use test strips
  • Supplied in one vial of 50 strips
  • PIP code: 349-1347

Blood sample and test time:

  • GlucoRx Q: 0.7µL blood sample; result in approximately 7 seconds
  • GlucoRx Q Blue: 0.5µL blood sample; result in approximately 5 seconds

The same GlucoRx Q Test Strips are used with both meters; the required sample volume and test time depend on the meter.

How to use:

Wash and thoroughly dry your hands before testing.

Remove one test strip from the vial and close the vial immediately. Insert the strip into the compatible GlucoRx Q or Q Blue meter.

Use a compatible lancing device to obtain a small drop of blood. Touch the blood sample to the absorbent area of the test strip and allow the strip to draw in the required amount.

The meter will automatically perform the test and display the blood glucose result.

Remove and dispose of the used strip after testing.

Important information:

Test strips are for single use only. Never reuse a strip.

Store the strips in their original vial at 4–40°C and below 85% relative humidity. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and high humidity. Do not transfer the strips to another container.

Close the vial immediately after removing a strip and use the strip straight away. Handle strips only with clean, dry hands.

Once opened, the test strips should be used within 6 months, or before the printed expiry date if sooner. Do not bend, cut or alter the strips.

If a blood glucose result does not match how you feel or appears unexpected, repeat the test with a new strip and follow your diabetes management plan or seek advice from a healthcare professional.
