How to use:

Collect a fresh urine sample in a clean container. The manufacturer recommends using urine samples that have stood for no longer than 4 hours.

Remove one test strip without touching the reagent areas and immediately close the container.

Immerse all reagent pads in the urine for approximately 1 second.

Remove the strip and briefly dab the side edge against absorbent paper to remove excess urine. Keep the strip horizontal during the reaction period.

Wait 30–60 seconds before comparing most reagent pads with the corresponding colour scale. Read the leukocyte test field after 60–120 seconds.

Important information:

These strips are intended for in-vitro diagnostic use by healthcare professionals and are not intended for patient self-testing.

Urine reagent strip results are screening results and should be interpreted alongside symptoms, medical history and other clinical findings. An abnormal result does not by itself confirm a diagnosis.

A negative nitrite result does not exclude a urinary tract infection. Medicines, urine colour, contaminants and other substances may also interfere with individual test parameters.

Do not touch the reagent pads and do not reuse test strips.

Store in the original container in a cool, dry place at 4–30°C, protected from sunlight and moisture. Close the container immediately after removing a strip. When stored correctly, strips may be used until the expiry date printed on the packaging.
